Maintenance Electricians

• Perform electrical installation, maintenance and troubleshooting;
• Plan, layout and install complex wiring circuits and distribution centers;
• Install and troubleshoot motor control centers, power distribution panels (high voltage) and controls on plant equipment;
• Repair, replace and connect single and three-phase motors (AC or DC);
• Maintain and replace starters, contactors, relays, timers, limit switches and counters;
• Use material handling equipment, including forklift and power equipment.

• Repair, install and maintain production equipment;
• Have knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and power transmission;
• Perform minor electrical repairs;
• Basic knowledge of welding and pipe fitting;
• Able to read and interpret blueprints;
• Use material handling equipment, including forklift and power equipment.

CNC Repair Personnel

Duro-Life Corporation, a subsidiary of Wells Manufacturing Company and located in Algonquin, IL, is currently in need of 1st shift CNC repair personnel. We operate a state-of-the-art, air-conditioned precision production machining facility utilizing the most up-to-date CNC equipment.

The majority of our operation involves turning and milling. Our machines primarily use Fanuc OT – 18I, Okuma OSP500 – OSP700 and Yasnak controls. We are seeking individuals who can troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical failures. Prior experience repairing and troubleshooting CNC equipment is an absolute must. Performing preventative maintenance duties will be required.

Salary is open to meet the level of experience of the candidate.
